Here's what you do:
Use a pre-made card as your base and ink the edges. Cut DCWV Garden Charm paper: Red with White Dots, cut to 4 1/4" x 6 1/4", cut poppies 3 1/4" x 5 1/4", and cut DCWV's printed red burlap to 3 3/4" x 5 3/4".
Check your scrap paper stash for poppies. Fussy cut out two poppies from the poppies paper and color the edges using a red marker. Bend the petals toward the inside of the flower. Apply Glossy Accents to centers and allow to dry.
To create the sentiment, cut out "Celebrate Today" from the DCWV Garden Charm paper. Cover flower with Glossy Accents and allow to dry.
Center and adhere the layes together using Permanent Premium GlueTape in this order: Red with white dots on the bottom, burlap in the middle and poppy paper on top.
Adhere your fussy cut poppies on top of the poppies on the top paper layer with Pop Up Glue Dots to add dimension to the flowers. The poppies do not have to match!
Cut a 5" strip of ribbon and trim ends. Center and adhere the piece of red ribbon on to the top paper layer with Permanent Premium GlueTape. Finally, adhere your sentiment on top of the red ribbon using Permanent Premium GlueTape.
Don't forget to Pin the card for later!
