Christmas Card with a Removable Ornament

Design your own ornament and temporarily display it on a card with Removable Glue Dots®. It's a gift and a card in one project!

Here's what you need:

• Glue Dots® Craft Dots™
• Glue Dots® Removable Dots™
• DCWV printed burlap
• DCWV A2 corrugate card (4.25 x 5.5")
• Holiday Inspirations wood ornament (bird)
• Craft Smart acrylic paint (turquoise)
• DecoArt Media Fluid acrylic paint (cadmium red hue)
• Stampendous micro glitter (red)
• Paintbrush
• Scissors

Here's what you do:

Remove ornament's ribbon and use Removable Dots to keep ornament in place when painting.

Mix glitter with red paint for textured appearance. Apply 2-3 coats of acrylic paint to wood ornament. Let dry in between coats.

Cut burlap to fit front of card and attach with Craft Dots.

Insert ribbon into ornament and tie a knot. Attach ornament to the front of the card with Removable Dots.
