Have a Sweet Day Easter Card

Wish someone a sweet day with this Easter card designed by Grace.  We think this card would pair nicely with a small box of bunny shaped marshmallow candy too. Unlike other cards in Grace's Easter card set, there's not one song that comes to mind, but several! 3″ x 4″ pocket scrapbooking cards are great to have around for last minute cards.  Like my other Easter cards, I added a design to the solid card base with stencils and ink pads.

Here's what you need:

• Craft Glue Dots®
• Mini Glue Dots®
• Pop Up Glue Dots®
• Pastel Cards, Die Cuts With a View
• Between the Lines Stencil set, DecoArt
• Ink
• Petite Banners Stamp, Inspired By Stamping
• Twine
• Flowers
• Rhinestones
• Cardstock (Mint green, Peach and Pink)
• Patterned paper
• Pocket scrapbooking cards
• Black Pen
• Scallop Circle die cut or punch
• 1 ¾” circle punch

Here's what you do:

1. Cover the front of the card with the triangle stencil. Tape the edges of the stencil onto your board or table. Add blue ink over the stencil using a foam applicator. Peel the stencil gently to reveal the design. Set aside to dry.
2. Die cut the frame using a peach cardstock and one of the 3" x 4" card. Ink the edges of the bunny piece and adhere to the peach paper using Craft Glue Dots.
3. Adhere the stripe 3" x 4" paper onto the bottom of the card using Craft Glue Dots.
4. Create a slit on the fold of the card, slip the blue twine and wrap around the front of the card twice. Tie the ends into a bow.
5. Stamp the sentiment and cut it out. Adhere to the bottom of the bunny accent with Mini Glue Dots.
6. Adhere the layered sentiment over the twine with Pop Up Glue Dots.
7. Layer the flower with rhinestone over the twine with Mini Glue Dots.
8. Add more rhinestones over the bunny accent as desired
