"I Do" Gift Box

Designer Grace is on our blog this week with colorful additions to your bridal party, rehearsal or wedding reception.  Take a look at what she has created and customize it with your color scheme.  What will you put inside?

Here's what you need:

Here's what you do:

  1. Cut out 3" squares of contrasting patterned paper to cover your box.
  2. Secure squares to the outside of the box with Ultra-Thin Glue Dots.
  3. Wrap the burlap trim around the outside. Secure with 1" Glue Lines and trim excess.
  4. Center a tulle wrap over the burlap and tie into a bow.
  5. Adhere an oversize rhinestone on to the center of button with Mini Glue Dots.
  6. Attach the rhinestone and button embellishment to the center of the tulle bow with Mini Glue Dots.
  7. Place the "I Do" sticker on the lid of the box and accent the lid with mini rhinestones, secured with Micro Glue Dots.
  8. Layer two white flowers and secure to lid with Pop Up Glue Dots for added dimension.
  9. Repeat steps 5 and 6 and secure the embellishment to the flower using Mini Glue Dots.
  10. Optional - Line the interior of your box using steps 1 and 2.
