Whether you're new to card making or if you've been making cards for years, here's a great Christmas card from Designer Erin Bullock.

If you're new to card making, try to make one for someone special and watch their reaction. Receiving a homemade card in the mail is a great feeling. (We keep all of the ones we receive!).

Time: 20 minutes
Level: Intermediate
Size: 6.25" x 3.5"

Here's what you need:

Here's what you do:

  1. Layer patterned paper onto cardstock base. Adhere using Ultra Thin Glue Dots®.
  2. Add stitching to various edges of paper using several stitching styles (zig-zag, stitch length, etc.)
  3. Add colored staples as desired.
  4. Apply Stickles to edges of pennants, allow to dry.
  5. Adhere pennants to card using Mini Glue Dots®.
  6. Decorate pennants as Christmas trees using Stickles, allow to dry.
  7. Get creative with the crafty stash you already have. Cards are a great place to use leftover bits and bobs.

This card is extremely versatile! Imagine it flipped upside down and decorated with a party theme!

Have a very Merry Christmas,

~Erin
