Easter Cross Card

Designer Erin is on our blog today with our most popular Easter card! Get the Glue Dots and paper, we're getting creative!

Time: Approximately 35 Minutes
Level: Intermediate
Size: 5.5" x 5.5"

Here's what you need:

• Mini Glue Dots®
• Craft Glue Dots®
• Ultra-Thin Glue Dots®
• 1" Glue Lines®
• Pop Up Glue Dots®
• Cardstock - Blue, yellow and purple
• White paper doily
• Ribbon - Purple and green
• Wooden Cross, lightly painted white

Here's what you Do:

1. Cut blue cardstock to 5.5" x 11" and fold in half to make card base.
2. Cut patterned paper just smaller than card, adhere to base using Ultra-Thin Glue Dots.
3. Adhere paper doily to patterned paper using Mini Glue Dots.
4. Cut purple cardstock to mimic sun rays, adhere to card using Mini Glue Dots.
5. Cut green ribbon at 5.5", adhere to bottom of the card using 1" Glue Lines.
6. Cut 3.75" circle from yellow cardstock, adhere on top of doily using Ultra-Thin Glue Dots.
7. Lightly paint wooden cross white, allow to dry.
8. Cut roughly 9" of purple ribbon, drape and adhere to cross using Craft Glue Dots.
9. Adhere cross to card using Pop Up Glue Dots.
