Thankful Spool Centerpiece

Designer Danielle is on our blog with a DIY Thanksgiving Centerpiece idea using a big wooden spool and Glue Dots!

Supplies:

Directions:

  1. Place a 1" Glue Line on center of spool to adhere burlap ribbon to spool. Wrap ribbon around spool and use additional 1" Glue Lines to secure in place.
  2. Place Mini Glue Dots under the ribbon corners. Tip: Use scoring tool to easily remove each Mini Glue Dot from the Desktop Dispenser and insert into place.
  3. Attach stickers to cardstock and use paper trimmer to create a border around each sticker. Punch one hole into each sticker.
  4. Wrap twine around ribbon three times and tie a knot. Loop twine through the stickers and tie a bow.
  5. Add Pop Up Glue Dots under each sticker to secure them in place.
  6. Attach an XXL Glue Dot to cardstock, cut out and adhere to the bottom of spool to cover hole.
  7. Place several Mini Glue Dots around the hole at top of spool and attach flowers. Insert candle.
