Directions:
With the applicators for the Distress Inks, begin making the blended background on the card mat. Be patient with the blending. It may take a bit to get the perfect blend you are wanting. Once blended to your liking, use the Water Spray Bottle to add some specks to the background. Allow the water to sit for just a bit, then lift up the water with the paper towel, taking some of the color with you. Set aside to dry.
While your background is drying, color the 5 hearts with the distress inks and the applicators. 2 of Lumberjack Plaid and Saltwater Taffy, and one in Festive Berries.
Use the bone folder to really crease the card base fold.
With the Glue Dots© Micro Dots, adhere the background piece to the card front.
Dry fit the hearts in a row how you’d like them to look, and place the Happy Valentine’s Day stamp in the MISTI Door and stamp in Lumberjack Plaid. It may need to be stamped twice to darken up.
Once your sentiment is stamped, use the Glue Dots© Adhesive Hearts to glue the hearts to the card front. Place a Glue Dot© in the middle of each heart to help it stick to the background.
Arrange a few confetti sequins on the card front. Once you like the placement, use the Glue Dots© Micro Dots to glue them to the card front.
This card is all about that beautiful background and the row of hearts. Thanks to the Glue Dots© Adhesive Hearts, it comes together so quick!
