Reindeer Shape Sorter Card Game for Kids
Posted on Dec 15, 2017 6:03:00 AM by Robyn PowerI'm always looking for things to make for my little ones, for gifts for Christmas or just to keep them occupied and learning. This is a fun little DIY Reindeer Shape Sorter you can make for your kids OR create a kit to give awaway as a DIY gift. You could even add family pictures to the shapes if you wanted!
Made by: Robyn Power
Time: 15-20 minutes
Level: Advanced (Easy, beginner game for the kids)
Here's what you need:
- Glue Dots® Micro Dots™
- Glue Dots® Removable Dots™
- Vinyl cut out antlers (I used my silhouette machine to make these.)
- Red Mini Pom Poms
- DCWV cardstock
Here's what you do:
Cut your antlers and shapes. I used my Silhouette machine for these.
Adhere one of each shape and antlers to go with it onto a sheet of cardstock with Micro Glue Dots.
Optional: Laminate sheets of cardstock and additional loose shapes at this point if desired.
Adhere a tiny red pompom on to the shapes with Micro Dots for the Reindeer nose.
Place Removable Dots on the back of shapes.
Now it's read for those little hands to match the shapes! Great little activity to keep those hands busy!

Hi! I’m Robyn and blog over at Create it. Go! I live in beautiful Northwest Arkansas and love being outside. I’m a mom to five fun, crazy kiddos that I love, ranging in age from 16 down to 4. And I’m a wife to a man that I love laughing wtih! I love to create. I love papercrafting, working with wood, upcycles, repuposes, and DIY’s, crafting anything in general, trying out new recipes, sewing, photography, you name it! I also like to pick up a good book and ignore those dishes and laundry that never seem to go away. haha My life is never boring and can almost always use some re-balancing and simplifying. It’s not perfect, but I love it!
