These Spooky Eyes make great yard decorations for Halloween. Make a bunch with your kids and let them place the eyes in the bushes. They will have a blast getting ready to trick or treat!

Here's what you need:

Here's what you do:

Cut two strips of your dark paper to fit around the prescription bottles. This doesn’t have to look good, it is just to block out the lights from projecting out the sides of the bottles.

Wrap the paper around each bottle using Glue Dots to adhere in place.

Glue the two prescription bottle lids together top to top.

Place the lids between the two bottles and adhere in place with Glue Dots.

You can wrap a rubber band or hair band around this if you are concerned about it coming apart.

Place the lights into the prescription bottles using Glue Dots to hold them in place if necessary. Mine fit in snuggly.

Turn the lights on, place them in your bushes and have some fun!

If you end up having a damp or wet Halloween, you may need to replace the exterior paper on the eyes.

This is a great recycling project! Plus, the batteries are replaceable so you can use them over and over again.
