Need a little something to brighten up the gift giving? Here are some easy little DIY paper bows you can make from any paper you have at the house!
Made By: Robyn Power
Time: 10 minutes
Level: Beginner
Size: Approx. 3" x 3"
Here's what you need:
- Glue Dots® Craft Dots™ or Permanent Dots™
- DCWV Cardstock or other decorative paper or cardstock
- Scissors
Here's what you do:
Cut your 12" x 12" paper into strips. Mine were about 3/4 inch wide.
Cut each 12" x 12" strip in half, so that they are 6 inches long.
Adhere one end to the other, creating a looped look at the ends.
Using Craft or Permanent Glue Dots, adhere five of those "loops" together for the base. Note: Permanenet Dots have a blue tint to make it easier to see where the Glue Dots are placed.
Keep doing the same and adhere three more strips together for the inside, and then another two in the center.
Super easy and fun and it can add a bit of more color or more fancifulness to your gift giving!

Hi! I’m Robyn and blog over at Create it. Go! I live in beautiful Northwest Arkansas and love being outside. I’m a mom to five fun, crazy kiddos that I love, ranging in age from 16 down to 4. And I’m a wife to a man that I love laughing wtih! I love to create. I love papercrafting, working with wood, upcycles, repuposes, and DIY’s, crafting anything in general, trying out new recipes, sewing, photography, you name it! I also like to pick up a good book and ignore those dishes and laundry that never seem to go away. haha My life is never boring and can almost always use some re-balancing and simplifying. It’s not perfect, but I love it!
