- Mini Glue Dots®
- Pop Up Glue Dots®
- Micro Glue Dots®
- 1” Glue Lines®
- Craft Glue Dots®
- Ultra-Thin Glue Dots®
- Patterned paper
- Cardstock
- Ric Rac
- Needle
- Thread
- Sewing machine
- Paper straw
- Twine
- Circle punch
Directions:
- Create a 5” x 7” card base from patterned paper.
- Cut a piece of paper to just smaller than 5” x 7” and adhere in the center of the card base with Ultra-Thin Glue Dots.
- Using a needle and thread, or a sewing machine, stitch around the edge of the smaller piece of paper to secure.
- Adhere pennant banner across top of card with Mini Glue Dots and zig-zag stitch along the banner's top edge.
- Using a circle punch, punch out circles from cardstock and adhere to front with Pop Up Glue Dots.
- Add ric rac trim to the bottom of the card using Craft Glue Dots.
- Trim paper straw to 3" and adhere to card using 1” Glue Lines. Cut flame from cardstock and adhere using Pop Up Glue Dots.
- Add ric rac to mimic wick and secure using Micro Glue Dots.
- Using Pop Up Glue Dots, adhere 'Happy Birthday' paper on top of the card, using 1” Glue Lines to adhere the paper on top of the candle.
- Wrap edges of ‘Happy Birthday’ paper with twine and secure on the back with Mini Glue Dots.
