Build a Snowman with us!

Let's build a Snowman! Designer Dawn shows you how to make an adorable snowman with a flower pot.

Here's what you need:

• Pop Up Glue Dots®
• 1" Glue Lines®
• Craft Glue Dots®
• 4 " flower pot
• Fleece or felt for the scarf, 1.5 inches x 20 inches
• Old knee high sock
• Orange Sculptey
• Two 1 " googlie eyes
• Other embellishments as you would like: buttons, holly, ribbon, etc.
• Delta Creative Ceramcoat in white
• Krylon Crystal Clear
• Fine point black marker
• Scissors
• Sponge brush

Here's what you do:

1. Using an sponge brush, paint the flower pot white using the Delta Ceramcoat white paint. Let dry 15-20 minutes, then add a second coat.
2. After the second coat is dry, spray on Kyron's Crytstal Clear acrylic coating to seal the paint. Let dry.
3. During the drying times, make a carrot nose out of orange Sculptey. Be sure to make the thick end of the carrot flat in order to stick it on your snowman pot. Bake it in the oven according to the printed directions.
4. Turn the pot over. Put the knee high sock over the top. Cut the top off the sock foot and tuck the ends inside. Tie the hat closed using a thin piece of fleece, felt, or ribbon.
5. Use Pop Up Glue Dots to adhere the googlie eyes and the carrot nose. Using the fine point Sharpie, draw on a smile.
6. Using 1" Glue Lines, add a scarf around the bottom of the pot. Cut a fringe on the ends of the scarf.
7. Add extra embellishments as you wish using Craft Glue Dots.
