Made by: Melanie East
Time: 15 minutes
Level: Quick and Easy
Size: 5.2 X 3.2 "
Here's what you need:
- Glue Lines™
- Scissors
- Red and white 1” plaid ribbon
- Hole punch
- Brown paper bag
- Twine
- Paper apple shape with hole in top
Here's what you do:
Lay the paper bag on a flat surface. Cut two ribbon pieces the width of the bag.
Adhere Glue Lines across the bag in the place where the ribbon will be.
Press the ribbon pieces to the Glue Lines.
Open the paper bag and fill it with the gift items.
Fold the top of the bag down. Punch two holes in the folded down portion of the bag.
Thread the twine through the holes. Tie the apple shape with the twine.
If you are trying to steer clear of the traditional apple theme for teachers, substitute the colors and gift tag shape with another teacher favorite, such as flowers or sunshine.
