"I Love You THIS Much" Father's Day Photo Card

Designed by: Robyn
Time: 15 minutes (plus picture printing time)
Level: Beginner
Size: varies
Here's what you need:
- Glue Dots® Craft Dots™
- Glue Dots® Advanced Strength or Glue Dots® Advanced Strength Double-Sided Sheets
- DCWV Patterned Cardstock
- Tape measure
- Photograph
- Scissors
- Marker
Here's what you do:
Take a photograph of you child (or of whomever is giving the card) with one arm stretched up high and to one side (I even had my daughter stand on a little step stool in the picture), and print out.
Cut cardstock to the size you want to make the card. I used two different colors of cardstock and left one larger on top of the picture, so that my child could personalize the card with her own handwriting. You can print out a greeting and attach instead if you prefer.
Adhere all pieces of cardstock together with your Craft Dots, including your photo.
Use Advanced Strength Glue Dots to adhere the tape measure to the bottom of the card. Pull the tape up to just under your child's hand in the picture and adhere with the Craft Glue Dots.
Tip: Make sure the tape measure is locked in position so it doesn't snap back.
Have your child write the sentiment on the white space and then adhere it to the top of the card in the open space with Craft Glue Dots.
I love this card as much as the Mother's Day card! And it's perfect for any father or grandfather in your life!

I also like to pick up a good book and ignore those dishes and laundry that never seem to go away. haha My life is never boring and can almost always use some re-balancing and simplifying. It’s not perfect, but I love it!
